Ceridwen J. Koski

Ms. Koski partners with clients to create and implement strategic and innovative workforce immigration programs. Her focus includes temporary visa processes including H-1B, H-2B, O, L, E, TN, J, B, F, and travel using ESTA. She also manages naturalization and green card processes for multinational managers and individuals of extraordinary ability (EB-1), labor certification (PERM) for skilled and unskilled workers, bachelor’s degree professionals and advanced degree professionals (EB-2 and EB-3). Technology services, financial services, hospitality, e-commerce/retail, manufacturing, energy, business process solutions, legal, creative art, publishing, and advertising are industries in which she has substantial experience. Ms. Koski also advises on workforce due diligence with mergers and acquisitions and compliance issues including Department of Labor related obligations, record keeping, and audit/investigation.

Admitted to the state bars of New York, Colorado, and Arizona, Ceri has experience working with clients that range from Fortune 500 companies, individual investors, start-up companies, U.S. branches of global corporations, and entertainers.  Ms. Koski began her legal career at a major global immigration firm’s New York City office in 2006 and practiced in New York for seven (7) years prior to joining Ogletree’s Denver office.  She continues to partner with clients throughout the United States and globally, with substantial expertise working with entrepreneurs seeking to establish business in the U.S. while also managing visa and green card processes for legacy multinational enterprises.
