Christine is an experienced counselor and litigator with deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and extensive experience navigating the complicated processes of the National Labor Relations Board. She is part of a team that advises clients on a wide range of labor relations matters, including NLRB proceedings, collective bargaining, arbitration, and day to day compliance.
Before joining Ogletree, Christine served as a supervisory attorney with the NLRB’s Contempt, Compliance, and Special Litigation Branch in Washington, DC, where she provided legal guidance to Regional Offices nationwide on investigations, litigation, and compliance efforts. She also represented the NLRB in federal court cases involving alleged contempt of court orders, administrative rulemaking, and constitutional law. Over her decade-long tenure at the NLRB, she additionally worked in a regional office in Los Angeles, completed detail assignments in other regional offices, and served as a staff attorney for several NLRB chairmen and Board members assisting with drafting the Board’s decisions and orders.
