Christopher Johnson is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Ogletree Deakins. For more than 25 years, Chris has represented and counseled employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, restrictive covenant and non-compete litigation, employer best practices, family and medical leave issues, workplace accommodations, workplace safety, and wage and hour disputes.

Mr. Johnson has extensive litigation experience in all forums, from state and federal courts to administrative agencies and labor arbitrations. He has advised clients concerning Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, NLRA, OSHA and state and local regulations related to labor and employment. His practice emphasis is in healthcare, hospitality, food manufacturing and retail industries.

In addition to extensive employment litigation, Chris drafts employment agreements and company policies on all aspects of human recourses. Chris also counsels employers on reductions and reorganizations, harassment issues, disability accommodation, problematic terminations, collective bargaining strategy, wage and hour compliance and a broad range of other work place issues.
