Conie L. Abernathy has over twenty years’ experience in the field of Human Resources management and utilizes that experience in her employment law practice. Prior to joining the firm, Conie served as Senior Manager EEO/AAP for one of the country’s largest employers. Conie has extensive experience representing clients in the service industry. Her practice focuses on matters of human resource policy, affirmative action, investigations before federal and state administrative agencies, and the resolution of human resource management issues.
