Danielle represents and counsels private employers in a broad range of employment law matters. She defends clients when administrative charges are filed and when former or current employees initiate lawsuits in state court, federal court, and arbitration. Danielle’s litigation practice focuses on issues of requests for accommodations, leaves of absence, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, misclassification, and wage and hour requirements.

Danielle provides compliance-related and strategic advice to corporate clients on issues including employment and separation agreements, arbitration agreements, employee performance and discipline, workplace investigations, compliance with wage and hour laws, managing disability accommodation and leaves of absence, employee classification, and reductions in force. She also partners with companies to develop and implement employee handbooks and personnel policies and procedures, and provides training on maintaining harassment-free workplaces.

Danielle received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. She was an active member of Loyola Law School’s Scott Moot Court Team and International and Comparative Law Review. Before attending law school, Danielle received a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Geography from the University of California, Los Angeles.
