Edith’s passion for immigration law stems from her personal journey as an immigrant from Mexico. Since 2009, she has advocated for the immigrant community, gaining diverse experience across non-profit, private, and government sectors. In 2017, Edith began her career path with employment-based immigration representing clients across diverse industries. Since then, she has achieved success with non-immigrant and immigrant matters, including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, E-1/E-2, PERM, NIW, and EB-1 petitions. Given the intricacies of immigration law, Edith provides clients with strategic counsel to navigate both their short-term and long-term objectives. Edith’s practice also includes family-based and naturalization cases.
