Eva von Muellern is counsel at the Ogletree Deakins’ office in Berlin. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of German individual and collective employment law as well as assists clients with ongoing daily business issues (i.e. drafting employment agreements, agreements for executive and managing directors and company agreements). She litigates before all German courts.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in March 2016 Eva worked as an employment law attorney for an international firm in Cologne and advised clients for a global law firm in Berlin focusing on employment law and real estate law.
Eva speaks English proficiently.
