Employment issues in the workplace begin long before a charge or lawsuit is filed and employers need an attorney who can partner with them through all phases of employment counseling and litigation, including trial. Eva Turner, who is Board Certified in Labor and Employment law, focuses her practice on assisting clients with avoiding litigation by providing sound counseling advice and assisting with complicated workplace investigations. In the event a complaint to a government agency or litigation arises,  Eva also has a successful trial record that reflects her dedication to her clients from the beginning of an employment matter until the end.

Eva’s experience includes representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law and litigation in all forums, including federal and state court and arbitration. Eva focuses her practice on the litigation of discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, employment-related torts, and civil rights claims under state and federal law and in arbitration. She also has extensive experience with complicated workplace investigations and was recently named co-chair of the firm’s Workplace Investigations and Organizational Assessments Practice Group.

Eva also has gained a reputation amongst her clients for being incredibly dedicated and responsive to their day-to-day needs and a true ambassador of client service. Recent accolades from clients include that Eva is the “poster child for client service” and “Eva Turner is truly wonderful to work with. Intuitive, flexible, and adept at balancing complicated factors.”

Eva received her B.A., cum laude, at Penn State University in English. She then attended Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. During law school, Eva was a legal writing fellow and an advocate in the Georgetown Criminal Justice Clinic.
