An associate in the Orange County office, Faheem Tukhi defends employers in civil litigation of employment-law related actions, and advises and counsels employers in labor and employment matters. Mr. Tukhi has litigated cases of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage/hour issues (unpaid wages, overtime, and meal/rest periods) in the superior, federal, and appellate courts of California, and in arbitration. Mr. Tukhi has also successfully represented clients in proceedings before administrative agencies.
Mr. Tukhi was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and speaks fluent Farsi (Dari). He earned both his Bachelor and Juris Doctor degrees from Chapman University where he remains an active alumnus, having served four years as a Member of the Board of Directors for the university’s Alumni Association.
