Graham M. Hoerauf

Graham Hoerauf is an associate in Ogletree Deakins’ Orange County office. Graham’s practice focuses on representation of employers in all aspects of labor and employment law in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies.  He focuses his practice on class and collective action suits, wage and hour issues, independent contractor misclassification claims, as well as investigation and litigation of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Graham practiced in the employment law group at an international law firm where he gained extensive litigation and advisory experience.  During law school, Graham was a judicial extern for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.  He also served as an Article Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and as president of the school’s alternative dispute resolution competition team. Graham received a number of awards and honors during law school, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Civil Procedure and was selected to Order of the Coif upon graduation.
