Harry M. Rowland, III

Associate   |   Atlanta

Harry counsels and represents employers in a wide variety of litigation matters, and has particular experience defending against class and collective actions. He also represents employers before various administrative agencies and advises clients on compliance with federal and state laws. Earlier in his career Harry served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Harry graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law school he was elected to serve on the Editorial Board of the Law Review, participated on and coached multiple Moot Court teams, and won awards for his writing and litigation skills.

Personally, Harry is a tortured supporter of Atlanta’s various professional sports teams who likes to spend his free time in the kitchen honing his amateur cooking skills, on the golf course, or at the park with his friends, family, and dog Rigg.
