Henry is an experienced employment law litigator and advisor. He advocates for public and private companies in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Henry handles cases at every stage, including pre-suit, and balances zealous advocacy with strategic guidance to achieve clients’ best practicable outcomes.
Henry litigates a variety of discrimination statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 42 U.S.C. 1981, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Pregnancy Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), as well as breaches of contract.
Henry also conducts internal investigations and advises clients in real-time to help them avoid litigation and ensure legal compliance with the hiring, firing, and discipline of employees at every level.
Henry attended Sewanee: The University of the South in Tennessee where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in history, magna cum laude, with a minor in political science. Henry then worked as a project assistant in a national law firm’s corporate transactions group before moving to Virginia, where he obtained his Juris Doctor at Washington & Lee University’s School of Law.
After his schooling, Henry returned to his hometown of Atlanta where he lives and practices. When he is not advocating for his clients, Henry enjoys playing golf and the guitar and walking his dog on the Beltline.
