Ina Young began her legal career in Germany where she specialized in corporate law. Now, she focuses her practice on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. Young graduated magna cum laude from the Stetson University College of Law in 2015. During law school, Ms. Young was a member of Stetson Law Review.
Ms. Young represents employers in all areas of employment law and focuses her practice in the area of employment litigation. She is handling a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state court, and is defending employers in lawsuits arising under Title VII, the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Davis Bacon Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the First Amendment and state tort laws. Ms. Young also defends management before numerous governmental administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She regularly advises employers on their rights and responsibilities under a variety of employment laws.
