Irene Yang is a dedicated immigration attorney with over a decade of experience in the field of immigration. She combines technical excellence and a forward-thinking approach to complex legal challenges to deliver outstanding results for corporate and individual clients alike. Irene has successfully guided multinational companies, small businesses, and high-skilled individuals through an evolving immigration system. Her core practice focuses on both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including EB-1s, National Interest Waivers, PERM labor certifications, adjustment of status filings, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, and family-based matters. Her legal insight extends to analyzing USCIS adjudication trends and proactively advising clients on strategy updates to stay ahead of regulatory policy shifts.

Irene is also at the forefront of integrating legal technology into immigration practice and has collaborated with tech teams to implement artificial intelligence tools to reduce drafting time for complex applications such as EB-1 and NIW petitions, enhancing both efficiency and client service.

Irene earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington. She is passionate about leveraging her legal expertise to empower clients, bridge cultural gaps, and drive success through immigration solutions.
