Irene Yang is a dedicated immigration attorney with over a decade of experience in the field of immigration. Irene has successfully guided multinational companies, small businesses, and high-skilled individuals through an evolving immigration system. Her core practice focuses on both immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, including EB-1s, National Interest Waivers, PERM labor certifications, adjustment of status filings, H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, and family-based matters.
