Jasmine is an experienced litigator who represents employers in federal and state court, arbitration proceedings and before administrative agencies.

Jasmine has been recognized nationally and across Central Texas—specifically in Austin and Houston—for her ability to aggressively advocate for her clients as an employment litigator. She was named by the Austin Monthly Magazine as a Top Employment Lawyer for three consecutive years. She was also named as an Up and Coming Attorney in the Austin Black Business Journal for two consecutive years. Additionally, Jasmine was recognized for Labor and Employment Litigation by Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch. She was further recognized by National Black Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40, and Austin Black Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.

Jasmine has represented clients in discrimination and retaliation lawsuits and charges of discrimination, wage claims, suits for breach of contract and various employment-related torts, and suits for violation of state and federal statutes, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

In addition to her vast experience in litigating matters, she further provides advice to businesses regarding their internal procedures, trainings, various investigations and questions. Jasmine received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, and all State Courts of Texas.

Jasmine is also a community servant who dedicates her time to volunteering with charitable and diversity organizations.
