Joshua B. Zugish

Joshua Zugish is Of Counsel for the Birmingham office of Ogletree Deakins. He is a former Senior Associate Legal Counsel with the Colorado State University System, where he provided counsel in all areas of student affairs law, policy and regulatory compliance, litigation and institutional risk management. Josh has extensive litigation experience and has favorably resolved a variety of complaints involving the US Office for Civil Rights, US Department of Education and the Colorado Civil Rights Division.

Josh has also taught the Law of Higher Education as adjunct faculty for graduate programs at Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado.
