Judy Juang serves as counsel in Ogletree Deakins’ Torrance office. Ms. Juang represents employers in a broad spectrum of labor and employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour complaints, wrongful termination, and other labor and employment related actions.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Juang also represented clients in traditional labor disputes involving collective bargaining and unfair labor practices.
Ms. Juang has represented clients in federal and state courts, administrative agencies including NLRB and DFEH, and in arbitration.
