Julie Gladstone is an Associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office where she represents and advises employers on labor and employment matters. Her practice focuses on representing employers in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, and other employment-related claims. In addition to litigating labor and employment matters at the state and federal level, Julie provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting personnel policies, handbooks, employment and separation agreements, arbitration agreements, and other employment-related documents.
Julie received her J.D., with honors, from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. As a student at Washington University, she worked as a student-attorney with the Entrepreneurship & Intellectual Property Clinic, interned with the legal department at the St. Louis Zoo, and served as staff editor of the Global Studies Law Review. Before law school, Julie attended Westminster College, graduating, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and French.
