Katherine serves as Special Counsel with the firm’s EEO Advantage Program where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending employers before federal and state administrative agencies across the country. Prior to serving as Special Counsel, Katherine gained extensive employment litigation experience in both state and federal courts, regularly drafted policy and procedure manuals, and represented clients before state and federal administrative agencies. Katherine is skilled in conducting fact investigations, witness interviews, and depositions. She regularly works with clients to assess and develop risk strategies, prepare persuasive and effective position statements, to limit and manage administrative agency document requests, and conduct settlement negotiations and mediations.

Katherine represents clients in a wide range of industries including: retail, manufacturing, restaurant and hospitality, pharmaceutical, higher education, financial services/banking, and healthcare.
