Ms. Gray represents employers in labor and employment litigation. Her experience includes wrongful termination, wage and hour, class action, tort claims, and other commercial litigation in state and federal courts on both the trial and appellate court levels, as well as before governmental agencies. She also provides counsel on a wide range of employment matters including noncompete agreements, employee classification, trade secret, and family and medical leave.
Ms. Gray received her B.A. from Stanford University in 2004. She was a recipient of the Stanford Class of 2004 Award of Excellence, the National Panhellenic Service Excellence Award, and was a member of the Division I Field Hockey team. She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2007.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Gray was an associate at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. Before that, Ms. Gray was a legal analyst in the Corporate Legal Department of Qualcomm, Inc. She also served as an intern in the Corporate Legal Department of The Coca-Cola Company. Ms. Gray has provided pro bono counsel to indigent asylum seekers through the non-profit organization, Casa Cornelia Law Center. Ms. Gray received the Pro Bono Publico award in 2009 for her work with the Casa Cornelia Law Center.
