Kaylyn C. Fagan

Kaylyn Fagan is an associate attorney in the Wilton office of Ogletree Deakins. Her practice focuses on employment-based matters.

A Connecticut native, Kaylyn attended the University of Connecticut and graduated with degrees in English and Human Rights. It was in her human rights classes that she felt drawn to immigration issues. Kaylyn graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she focused her studies on immigration law. During law school, she represented victims of human trafficking seeking T and U visas through the Quinnipiac University School of Law Civil Justice Clinic. She also served as the Chairwoman of the Human Trafficking Prevention Project and Lead Articles Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review.

Since graduating, Kaylyn has represented companies within the technology and financial industries in securing nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for their employees, including H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1, E-2, E-3, NIW, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, and adjustment of status petitions.
