Kevin E. Roberts

Kevin defends employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations. He also advises employers on covenants not to compete.

Kevin is licensed in Indiana and Kentucky, and he constantly strives to provide his clients with exceptional service and outstanding results. Some examples of these results include:

  • Reversing a multimillion-dollar judgment against a retailer in a contract dispute;
  • Obtaining a multimillion-dollar settlement for an employment-staffing company in a legal-malpractice action; and
  • Recovering a six-figure sanctions award against a former employee on behalf of a publicly traded conglomerate.

Kevin also frequently writes and speaks on a range of labor-and-employment topics, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, NLRA, and FFCRA.

Before joining Ogletree, Kevin graduated from the Indiana Maurer School of Law with honors and the University of Notre Dame with highest honors.
