Kevin defends employers against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations. He also advises employers on traditional labor relations and covenants not to compete. Kevin strives to provide his clients with exceptional service and outstanding results.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Kevin graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law with honors. Kevin served in the following positions during law school:
- Managing Editor, Indiana Law Journal;
Executive Coordinator, Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition;
Practice Group Leader, First-Year Practice Program;
Volunteer, Protective Order Project; and
- Judicial Extern, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Because of Kevin’s commitment to service, Kevin’s peers nominated him for the Maurer School of Law’s Outstanding Contributions to Student Life Award. Awards that Kevin has received include the following:
- Outstanding Commitment to Pro Bono Service, Access to Justice;
Exceptional Managing Editor, Indiana Law Journal;
Exceptional Teamworker, Legal Professions;
Highest Grade, Labor Law; and
Brief-Writing and Oral-Advocacy Honors, Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.
Before law school, Kevin attended the University of Notre Dame and graduated with greatest honors.
