Kristin has extensive experience representing management interests in both litigation and state and federal administrative proceedings. In addition, Kristin provides day-to-day counseling on a wide variety of compliance and employee relations issues, training, review and drafting of employment policies, contracts and agreements.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Kristin worked as In-House Employment Counsel for Rolls-Royce North America. She also worked as an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment department of another large Indianapolis area firm where she represented management interests in employment litigation and proactive client counseling.
Kristin received a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in both Communications and French from St. Mary’s College in 1997. She received her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. in 2000, where she served as Note and Comment Editor of The American University International Law Review.
