Krizia is an associate in the Phoenix office of Ogletree Deakins. Krizia represents a broad range of employers in labor and employment law matters in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She also advises and counsels employers on best practices and policies.
Krizia earned her JD from Arizona State University. While in law school, Krizia served as the President of the Chicano/Latino Law Student’s Association, was named the 3L Editor of the Year for Jurimetrics, The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology, was name the Gold n’ Gavel Scholar for her achievements in the Sports Law and Business Program, and competed in multiple nation-wide moot court and mock trial competitions. Prior to attending law school, Krizia graduate cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communications Studies.
Krizia is actively involved in her community. Currently, Krizia serves as the Recording Secretary for the Los Abogados Hispanic Bar Association and serves as a Deputy Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association. Krizia was named the 2019 Latina Leader of Tomorrow by the Latina Mentoring Project and is also a graduate of the prestigious Valle Del Sol Hispanic Leadership Institute.
