Lauren is an associate in the Boston office where she focuses on employment litigation and traditional labor relations. She advises and represents employers in a broad range of matters including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. She also has experience advising employers on how to navigate a union campaign and throughout collective bargaining.
Before joining the firm, Lauren was a litigation associate in a large international law firm in Boston and was a labor and employment attorney at a premier plaintiff-side labor firm in Boston. Lauren also clerked for Justice Elspeth Cypher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court from 2019-2020. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Northeastern University Law Review and gained legal experience via several internships, including one with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
