Lucille Gressier is an associate in the Ogletree Deakins’ Paris office.
She works with French and international companies on various labor law issues. In particular, she advises companies on their day-to-day human resources management issues, such as matters relating to the arrival and departure of employees, or the suspension of work contracts (relating to illness or incapacity). She also deals with issues relating to working hours, relations with employee representative bodies and the drafting of collective agreements.
Lucille also practices litigation. She assists and represents clients before the French courts.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins in 2019, she had been an associate in a French labor law firm since 2015.
Lucille is fluent in French and English.
