Mr. Sullivan advises employers in all aspects of California and federal employment laws. In litigation, Mr. Sullivan’s practice primarily focuses on defending employers against individual and class action lawsuits involving wage and hour, wrongful termination, disability and protected leave, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims.
Mr. Sullivan is also a trained mediator, currently serving as a panel mediator with the California Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District. In 2017, Mr. Sullivan joined USC Gould School of Law’s part-time faculty, teaching a clinical practicum for mediating employment disputes as part of the Judge Judith Hollinger ADR Program.
As a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Mr. Sullivan serves on its Saturday Seminar committee.
