Minh Ngo is Of Counsel with Ogletree Deakins’ Los Angeles office. Ms. Ngo has extensive employment litigation and advice and counsel experience, having worked as both outside and in-house counsel. Ms. Ngo has successfully defended companies in age, disability, race discrimination and sexual harassment cases. She has advised on wage and hour issues, reasonable accommodation and leave laws, employee handbooks and related policies, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and independent contractor classification. Ms. Ngo also has extensive experience in conducting and advising on workplace investigations of sexual harassment, as well as race, gender and disability discrimination.

Prior to joining Ogletree, Ms. Ngo served as VP & Associate General Counsel, Labor & Employment for Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc., advising the entertainment company on its employment litigation and human resources matters. Ms. Ngo began her career in the employment law department of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where she was an as associate in its Seattle, WA office for 8 years.
