Nancy Martinez Ramirez

Nancy is an associate in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office. Her practice focuses on both employment law and labor relations, where she provides legal representation to clients across various industries.

Nancy brings a unique perspective to her practice. During law school, she worked in-house, where she conducted a 50-state research survey on non-compete agreements and had the opportunity to observe union organizing campaigns in real time from the perspective of in-house counsel. Before law school, Nancy spent several years working as a paralegal and executive assistant at various law firms, building a strong foundation in legal operations and client service.

Nancy graduated cum laude from Marquette Law School and remains an active participant in the legal and civic community, regularly supporting individuals in the Milwaukee area through the pro bono program at Marquette Law School. Outside of the office, she enjoys horseback riding, spending time with her cats, and playing board games with her family.
