Patrick Cain is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Patrick represents clients in wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions, and in single-plaintiff employment-related matters.

Patrick received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his B.A. in Philosophy from Saint Mary’s College of California. While in law school, Patrick served as an Articles Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review and was a participant in Honors Moot Court Internal.
