Rachel Stone is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Ogletree Deakins. She focuses her practice on defending employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including against discrimination and harassment claims based on gender, race, national origin, age, and disability as well as retaliation and leave of absence-based claims. She assists employers in investigating and responding to charges of discrimination filed with state and federal agencies. Rachel has experience representing employers in matters involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and breach of contract. Rachel also counsels employers on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, the development of effective employment policies, and litigation avoidance.
