Rhonda serves as special counsel with the firm’s EEO Advantage Program where she focuses her practice exclusively on defending employers nationwide before federal and state administrative agencies. She conducts fact investigations and witness interviews, prepares persuasive position statements, and limits and manages administrative agency document requests. She regularly engages in settlement negotiations and mediations.

Prior to joining the firm’s EEO Advantage Program, Rhonda gained extensive experience representing employers before administrative agencies and in employment litigation in both state and federal courts.  Rhonda has represented employers on a wide range of employment law issues, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and state and local laws.  Rhonda also regularly counseled employers on best practices for avoiding litigation and on day-to-day human resources issues, including discipline and discharge. Rhonda has worked as in-house counsel for a large telecommunications company handling litigation, managing outside counsel, and working with internal clients to avoid litigation.
