Robin Koshy is an associate in our Morristown, New Jersey office. Mr. Koshy represents a diverse array of employers against all types of employment-related claims in state and federal court, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies. Mr. Koshy has successfully defended employers at the administrative, trial and appellate levels, and he has significant experience with claims alleging discrimination, harassment and retaliation, brought under state and federal law. Since joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Koshy has also gained significant experience defending class actions and wage and hour claims. Mr. Koshy has also served as a second chair for a whistleblower retaliation trial, which resulted in a favorable outcome for the employer. Mr. Koshy regularly advises clients regarding compliance issues; drafts substantive motions; and oversees complex discovery and discovery disputes.
Mr. Koshy earned his J.D., cum laude, in 2013 from Boston University, where he participated in Moot Court and served as a note editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. While in law school, Mr. Koshy served as a legal research assistant, represented low income individuals as part of the Boston University Employment Rights Clinic, and worked as a legal intern for a large biotech company.
