Ryan M. Parker

Ryan Parker is an associate with the San Francisco office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice focuses on representing and counseling employers through all phases of litigation in state and federal court. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ryan worked at a full-service law firm in San Francisco where he litigated on behalf of companies of all sizes in employment-related claims, such as Title VII and FEHA discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wrongful termination claims. Additionally, Ryan has represented and advised clergy in employment and contract-related matters under Canon Law.

Ryan is a graduate of Pepperdine School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Ryan was a research assistant in Constitutional Law focusing on individual rights. Ryan also served as a legal intern for the Sacramento District Attorney’s Office and as a corporate legal intern for Sony Corporation. Ryan was a member of the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal.

In his spare time, Ryan loves to competitively run, hike, kayak, and attend Broadway plays.
