Ryan Patterson is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked as an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group of a national law firm. Ryan focuses his practice in the area of class action wage and hour litigation, where he has assisted in defending and obtaining favorable outcomes in cases involving classes of hundreds to thousands of class members. Ryan also defends employers in representative PAGA matters, and single-plaintiff matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims.
Additionally, Ryan advises clients in wage and hour and employment best practice issues across a variety of industries, including healthcare.
Ryan graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif with his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While at Loyola, Ryan served as a Developments Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Prior to attending Loyola, Ryan graduated with a B.A. in English from the University of California, Berkeley.
