Samantha D. Seaton
Sam is an Associate in the Houston office. She defends employers in state and federal court and before government agencies in matters involving labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, restrictive covenant, and wage-and-hour claims. Sam also counsels employers regarding workplace compliance with applicable federal and local laws and regulations.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Sam practiced employment, labor, and OSHA law at a large international law firm.
