Samuel Knecht is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins. Samuel primarily specializes in wage and hour class action lawsuits and California’s Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative actions. He represents and counsels clients in areas such as overtime compensation and regular rate issues, meal and rest break compliance, and company policies and procedures. Samuel also has extensive experience in single plaintiff lawsuits involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, breach of contract, and other employment matters. Before coming to Ogletree, he worked at major defense firms in the Los Angeles area.
