Sara E. McCreary represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including retaliation, wrongful termination, and unfair labor practices. Sara also defends employers against claims of harassment and discrimination on a variety of bases, including protected concerted activity, race, gender, age, national origin, disability and sexual orientation.
During law school, Sara was a member of the Disability Law Clinic and the Low Income Taxpayers Clinic. Sara also competed in two national moot court competitions representing Syracuse Law. Sara was also a judicial intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Baltimore, Maryland.
Sara joined the Columbia office of Ogletree Deakins in October 2016.
