Sara is an associate attorney at Ogletree. Sara represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. Sara focuses most of her time on all aspects of traditional labor law, counseling employers on a range of federal labor law issues, including organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices, grievance and arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations. Sara also works with employers to assess their companies’ vulnerability to labor and employment disputes.
Sara has employment litigation experience, has assisted employers with EEOC and state agency Charges, and has defended clients in an array of state and federal disputes ranging from Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLMA, and non-compete matters.
