Sara is an associate attorney at Ogletree. Sara represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. Sara focuses most of her time on all aspects of traditional labor law, counseling employers on a range of federal labor law issues, including organizing campaigns, unfair labor practices, and collective bargaining agreements. Sara also works with employers to assess their companies to determine vulnerability to labor and employment disputes. Sara also has employment litigation experience, and has assisted clients with EEOC and state agency Charges, and has defended clients in an array of state and federal suits ranging from Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLMA, and non-competes.
While in law school, Sara was a member of the Disability Law Clinic and the Low Income Taxpayers Clinic. Sara also competed in two national moot court competitions representing Syracuse University College of Law. Sara was also a judicial intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Baltimore, Maryland.
Sara joined the Columbia, SC Ogletree office in October 2016, and transferred to the Greenville office in April 2018.
