Saskia Hildebrandt is an Associate in the Berlin office of Ogletree Deakins. She advises national and international clients on all aspects of German individual and collective employment law as well as on ongoing business issues (i.e. drafting individual and collective employment agreements, Executive and Managing Director contracts and company agreements). Furthermore she advises on German immigration law and assists the clients with application procedures for visas, work and/or residence permits all over the world. She litigates before all German courts.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in February 2016 Saskia Hildebrandt practiced four years as a lawyer at the Berlin office of KPMG Law focusing on immigration law (inbound and outbound) and international employment law. Ms. Hildebrandt completed her internships and legal traineeships in medium-size law firms in Germany and Vietnam as well as i.e. at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Berlin.
Saskia Hildebrandt speaks English proficiently. She also has basic knowledge of French and Spanish.
