Seongbae Park is an associate attorney in the Greenville office of Ogletree Deakins. His practice focuses on employment-based immigration matters.
Seongbae attended University of California at Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Spanish. Seongbae received his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. During this time, Seongbae externed with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and worked as a Law Clerk with Ogletree Deakin’s Greenville, South Carolina immigration law practice. He also served as the Managing Editor of Emory International Law Review.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Seongbae worked with the firm as a summer associate. Prior to attending law school, Seongbae was a paralegal with an immigration law firm in California and assisted with preparation of employment-based immigration matters, including nonimmigrant visa petitions and immigrant visa petitions.
