Ms. Wardrip is the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer and in her role is responsible for human resources, learning and employee development, office administration and recruiting and retention. She works with firm directors, office managing shareholders and executive committee to develop and facilitate best practices and improve effectiveness in their administrative processes. Ms. Wardrip has led several legal lean sigma teams and also serves on the firm’s Employee Benefits Committee and the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Wardrip held executive positions in the banking and insurance industries, directing the areas of human resources, professional development and administrative services, with a dual role as affirmative action officer.
Ms. Wardrip has served on several boards, including IndySHRM, Diversity Roundtable of Central Indiana and Training, Inc. She currently serves on the advisory board for Indiana Diversity Council and is a member of the Pass The Torch For Women 500 Circle, working to develop women leaders. She has also served on the speakers bureau of The Julian Center, a shelter and recover center for Victims of domestic violence, and as a broadcaster for WFYI’s (PBS affiliate) IRIS program for reading impaired.
