Shelley Murray defends employers in in state and federal courts in matters alleging discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage/hour, and other claims arising under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, state law, and common law. She also advises and represents employers responding to state and federal agency investigations.

Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Murray was an associate at a national civil litigation firm where her practice focused on general liability, professional liability, premises liability, tort, and personal injury claims.


Ms. Murray has represented clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, transportation, retail, insurance, real estate, construction and hospitality. Ms. Murray has handled investigations of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission. Ms. Murray has also obtained summary judgment in matters involving ADA violations, breach of fiduciary duty, implied warranty and civil conspiracy claims.
