Tara Mohseni is an associate in the Orange County office of Ogletree Deakins. Tara represents employers in a wide array of labor and employment law matters in state and federal court as well as administrative agencies. She also provides advice and counseling to employers on a variety of policies and procedures. Tara is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law. In her time there, Tara participated in the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution team and served as a Symposium Editor for the Women’s Law Journal.
