Ted is of counsel in the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins.  He represents large, national companies and local businesses in a broad range of employment and general litigation matters.

Ted has successfully represented clients on claims of disability, racial, national origin, and gender and sexual discrimination and harassment.  He has represented companies on wage and hour claims, including misclassification claims.  He also has significant experience representing clients in matters involving joint employment situations, including claims under California's wage and hour laws and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. 

Ted has experience defending and prosecuting claims for unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets involving former employees, and defending companies on issues regarding the determination between employees and independent contractors before the California EDD.

In addition to Ted’s years of litigation experience, He has consulted and advised clients on the enforceability of covenants not to compete as they may pertain to employees in California.
