Theresa R. Parish

Theresa is an experienced litigator advocating for clients in employment and general defense litigation matters. She represents employers in a variety of employment disputes in both state and federal courts as well as before the EEOC and Indiana Civil Rights Commission involving claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also regularly provides day-to-day counseling and guidance to clients in efforts to avoid litigation and navigate the changes in employment law. In addition to her work in employment law, Theresa also defends against single plaintiff claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She has been selected as an Indiana Super Lawyer, Rising Star consistently since 2012.

Theresa graduated from DePauw University in 2005 double majoring in Computer Science and Spanish and earned her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2008. While in school, Theresa studied abroad in Ecuador, Mexico, and Spain.
