Arianna Gardner is an associate attorney focusing on employment litigation at the firm’s Seattle office. She has experience counseling employers and litigating a wide array of employment matters, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, employment tort, reasonable accommodation, contract, and non-compete issues. She represents employers before Washington state and federal courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Washington State Human Rights Commission, and other state and municipal agencies.
Arianna joined Ogletree Deakins after completing judicial clerkships at both the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One for the Honorable Linda Coburn, and Snohomish County Superior Court for the Honorable Millie Judge. Through those clerkships, she worked on hundreds of civil cases across multiple practices and industries, including matters involving complex issues with employment relationships and commercial litigation. During law school, Arianna served on the executive board of the Law Review.
