Ogletree Deakins' Kansas City Office Welcomes New Attorney

KANSAS CITY – October 31, 2005 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins) is pleased to announce the addition of Patrick F. Hulla as a shareholder in the firm’s Kansas City office. Prior to joining the firm, Hulla worked at the law firm of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.

Since 1993, Mr. Hulla has represented clients in the defense of employment and general business litigation, including numerous class actions, and has provided legal advice to executives regarding various employment-related laws and regulations. He has defended multiple Fortune 100 companies, including petro-chemical and telecommunications companies, and has represented clients in federal, state and local administrative proceedings throughout the United States.
