Ogletree Deakins Names 2019 Leadership Counsel on Legal Diversity Fellow and Pathfinder

ATLANTA – February 28, 2019 – Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management,  has named Houston associate Stephen Quezada the firm’s 2019 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and San Francisco associate Roshni Kapoor the firm’s 2019 LCLD Pathfinder.

The Fellows program was created by LCLD to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr, the program offers participants “a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership and the best teachers in the business.”

The LCLD Pathfinders program is designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks. Grey said this program offers “intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows in small group gatherings.”
